Top 3 similarities between Alan Rickman’s and Professor Snape’s lives

Yes, Alan Rickman is dead…the second time around. His first death as Professor Severus Snape brought a lot of tears to Harry Potter fans. Now, his passing brings tears not only to HP fans but to the world as well.

Let us all dwell in the melancholy of losing a great actor and wizard. Here are the top three things which prove that Alan Rickman is the true personification of Professor Snape.

  1. Education

He attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. It is the same drama school which honed the skills of great actors such as Anthony Hopkins, Tom Hiddleston, Sean Bean, and Oona Chaplin.

In Harry Potter, he attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where famous and powerful wizards like Tom Riddle, and Albus Dumbledore studied.

  1. I am a fan of Alan Rickman and his talent in acting. He will always be remembered for his genius acting in Harry Potter. I didn’t know or notice these similarities though! I guess you are a bigger fan 😉 May he rest in peace..
